BEFORE St. Patrick’s Day weekend, Flanagan’s Pub is sponsoring (offsite at the MoCo Fairgrounds King City Room) The Second Coming Concert and Party.
The Second Coming features four local bands with genres ranging from Indie, Synth, and Rock. The festivities kickoff at 7pm (doors open at 630pm) featuring The Bloody Kerouacs, Slack, Moses Nose, and sugar sauce. Snacks, bottled water, and sodas are available cheap for everyone and a full bar for 21 and over. Tickets are $5 in advance (Flanagan’s Pub, NorCal Smokeshop, and band members and only $7 at the door. If you miss this show, well……then you missed the best show of the year!

The countdown is on to St.Patrick’s Day…. What does your FAVORITE Irish pub have in store? St.Paddy’s is a Monday this year (boooo) so we are gonna party at least TWICE…. On Saturday March 15th and Monday March 17th. We will be serving Corned Beef and Cabbage all weekend from Friday to Monday, so you can get your fix any day or night throughout the weekend.
Saturday March 15- 9pm to 12am Live music featuring Bog Iron, a five piece Celtic band featuring two of Flanagan’s special peeps-Dublin born John Michael and guitarist extraordinaire, Patrick Golden. These two lads regularly play here as the Bog Duo, but this time they’re bringing three mates and turning it up a notch (to 11 on the amp) and they can bring it. Don’t miss this special musical evening. We’ll have some goodies and trinkets to have fun with, as well as a Guinness T-shirt and a pint for $10
Monday March 17th St. Patrick’s Day- The Reel Deal will be performing live (time TBD), KRML will visit for a live broadcast, and the Guinness Girls will visit with a bunch of fun goodies. Guinness T-shirt and a pint $10 We’ll have a bar on the patio weather permitting too!!!

Karaoke is every Thursday!!! Not sure if it’s the only Karaoke being served up in the Carmel area, but we’ve got Bobby Vegas baby! Things kick off at 9pm each week. C’mon down and enjoy the full menu available til 11pm and a late night menu til 2am, along with a delicious selection of draft beers and a full bar. Bobby Vegas is bringing his talent to Flanagan’s, so bring yours and join us for some vocal fun.
Flanagan’s Irish-American Pub is located in the Barnyard Shopping Village in Carmel, CA. Fast becoming a local’s favorite, Flanagan’s is known for their fresh-cut chips (fries for the Yanks), burger, reuben, and Buffalo wings. There is a lot of good food on the menu and plenty to do as well!
There is a pool table, darts, a dog friendly dining patio with heaters and a fire pit.
Joe Opitz has been in the restaurant industry since 1987, helping his family open two restaurants in Maryland. Since moving to California 16 years ago, much of his career has been in hotel and country club F&B management. His wife, Luciana, also has a country club and resort background dating back over 20 years since moving to California from Brazil.
Flanagan’s concept is based on Joe’s Irish-American heritage and features fish and chips, burgers, shepherd’s pie, and a family crab cake recipe.
